Kay Boamah
Founder & CEO
Kay brings extensive experience in workforce development and educational technology. His vision for Facilitate stems from his firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by youth in Ghana and across Africa in accessing meaningful opportunities.
With a background in both education and business, Kay is passionate about creating equitable pathways to employment and developing solutions that serve diverse communities, with a special focus on connecting African youth to global opportunities.
Paul Boamah
Founder & COO
Paul leads the operational innovation at Facilitate, bringing his expertise in foodservice and facility management to create a platform that truly transforms how educational institutions and employers connect.
His passion for food, combined with his operational excellence mindset, drives him to build the technology he wished existed during his own career journey. Paul focuses on leveraging emerging technology to solve real-world problems in workforce development and operational execution.
