What connects everyone is a record, not a promise.
Each person builds one readiness record as they work: what they wrote before any help, what coaching suggested, what they kept, and how it was scored. They own it and choose who sees it. It is the same record an educator watches, a bank's cohort report draws on, a company recruits from and an accelerator admits against.
