One record, built by the person it belongs to.

As a person works, their record grows: what they wrote in their own words, the coaching they took up, and how far they have come against a clear bar. It is theirs, and they choose who sees it. An educator follows it, a bank's cohort report draws on it, a company hires from it and an accelerator admits against it. It is the same record every time.

Why this exists

Too many young people finish school able and unseen, while the institutions that want to back them cannot find each other. Facilitate is where those institutions meet, with the young person in front. We are here to end youth unemployment, one region at a time.
